Roasted Bull’s Blood heirloom beets & Brussels sprouts [OC]

  1. The fresh home garden Bull’s Blood heirloom beets were put into aluminum foil w/ EVOO, Himalayan pink sea salt & 4 peppercorn grind, sealed and grilled ~45 minutes over medium direct heat.

    The Brussels sprouts were put into separate aluminum foil w/ EVOO, Himalayan pink sea salt & 4 peppercorn grind again, sealed and grilled over direct medium high heat for ~15-20 minutes.

    Came out excellent, highly recommended
